Pierce Parts & Service has been serving the food service industry for 30 years and has been known for providing the best service and sales performance in the entire central and south portions of Georgia .  It was established in 1976 by Jimmy Pierce (CEO) and  Joe Pierce (President and co-owner).  We opened our first branch office in 1999 in Milledgeville , Georgia.  Since then, our company has expanded to serve the entire state of Georgia, into Alabama around Phoenix City, Alabama and into South Carolina around Savannah, Georgia. Starting in late April 2004, we expanded our services into the Tallahassee, Florida area.  Our most recent office was opened in 2005 in Atlanta, Georgia.   We can proudly say that we serve all of Georgia and North Central Florida.

We expanded our facility to include a brand new demo kitchen for technician training and service schools; however, that’s not everything!   

Pierce Parts & Service is a CFESA Certified Company in the state of Georgia, as of April 2004. All of our technicians have successfully completed at least three of the four areas of expertise required, which are refrigeration, electric, gas, and steam.  We offer a complete service package, meaning we perform service on HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical, Low pressure boiler, Cooking Equipment, and general maintenance.  We have state LLC. in HVAC, Electrical, low pressure boilers and low voltage in North Carolina , South Carolina , and Georgia. We provide service on: Gas, Electric, Electronic, Steam, Refrigeration and provide equipment installation as well.

Pierce Parts & Service has also become a parts depot for commercial food service equipment with an inventory of (over) $430,000 of OEM parts and two full-time parts clerks to service your needs in Macon , Georgia .  Our company has the largest inventory of cooking equipment parts found in Central and South Georgia .  Our Parts Department ships daily and can ship next day air orders as well.  Any order placed by 3:00pm EST will ship that day.   We use the latest technology to locate and identify parts, and we offer 24 hour emergency service.
